FDU Hall of Fame
The 1992-93 women's indoor track and field team captured the Northeast Conference Indoor Championship. In the shot put, Njeri Curtis and Rita Babikian finished first and second place, respectively. In the high jump, Cheryl Fuller and Donise Moore also placed first and second. Moore also took fourth place in the long jump while Sharlene Milwood placed fifth. In the triple jump, Moore took home the individual crown. In the 55 meters, Milwood and Nawton Harp finished in second and fourth place while Moore came in fifth place. Moore would win another individual title in the 55 meter hurdles, with Harp finishing third and Jennifer Kozzan taking fifth place. In the 300 meters and 400 meters, Milwood won the conference title; Harp finished fourth in the 300 meters and Nadine Jamerson finished fourth in the 400 meters. Sherry Jenkin crossed the finish line in third place in the 1500 meters and won the individual title in the 3000 meters. Milwood and Moore were both awarded outstanding performers.
