One of the most prolific scorers and rebounders in program history, Janice Reaves is the only player at Fairleigh Dickinson to score over 2,000 points and is the only women's basketball player to amass over 1,000 rebounds in her career. She finished her career with records of 2,016 points and 1,603 rebounds. Additionally, she is third on the school's career steals list with 231 and second with 145 career blocks.

Reaves led the Knights in scoring and rebounding in each of her four seasons (1979-83), averaging 17.5 points and 13.9 rebounds during her career, and is tied for first with 115 consecutive games played. She holds the Knights' top two single season rebounding totals with 487 in 1980-81 and 375 in 1981-82 and holds the individual game record with 27 rebounds against Molloy on February 20, 1980.

Following her senior season (1982-83), Reaves became the only player in program history to receive All-America accolades, earning a spot on the 1983 Second Team.
