She was also a member of the indoor record-holding 4x400 and 4x800 relay teams and the outdoor record-holding 4x200 and 4x400 relay teams. Milwood-Lee placed seventh in the open 400 meter at the Olympic Festival and in 1993 was the Indoor ECAC Champion in the 400-meter.

She was a three-time NCAA qualifier in the 400-meter and a USA Olympic Trials Qualifier in 1992-93. She placed seventh at the 1992 USA Mobil Indoor Championships.

In 1993 she was named NEC Indoor Outstanding Performer and in 1994 she earned the same honor for her outdoor efforts. A five-time NEC Indoor Champion and a six-time NEC Outdoor Champion, she captained the team in 1992-93 and still holds NEC meet records in the 300-meter and 400-meter events. In 1991, Milwood-Lee was named the MET Outstanding Female Performer.
