One of the most successful student-athletes in Fairleigh Dickinson history, Sergio Riquelme served as the starting center back on four consecutive NEC Championship and NCAA Tournament teams from 2000 to 2003.

The only player to start four straight NEC title games, Riquelme helped lead the Knights to the 2001 NCAA Elite 8 and a No. 11 final national ranking. The center back followed his 2001 success by propelling the Knights into the NCAA Tournament Second Round in 2002.

In 2003, Riquelme served as team captain for a Knights squad that finished ranked No. 23 in the country. Across his four seasons, Riquelme racked up 55 victories and a winning percentage of nearly 67 percent.
