Along with Gregory Foster, Reggie Foster is one of only two players in program history to record 1,000 career points and 1,000 career rebounds. He finished his career first all-time with 1,045 rebounds, a record that stood for 16 years, and still currently ranks second all-time. Foster also finished second all-time with 1,054 points, a mark that currently ranks 18th all-time, and stands sixth all-time with 439 career field goals.

He holds the Knights' top three single-season rebounding totals with 359 (15.6 per game) in 1966-67, 346 (15.7 per game) in 1967-68 and 340 (13.6 per game) in 1965-66. Foster led the team in scoring with 16.2 points per game in 1966-67 and again in 1967-68 at 15.5 points per game, while also leading the team in field goal percentage during both years.

For his outstanding achievements he was named First Team All-Tri-State and Second Team All-State in 1966-67, before closing out his collegiate career as a First Team All-State selection in 1967-68.
