Women's soccer sophomore Sofia Albertsson collected NEC Player of the Week honors on Tuesday, October 16.
 
Albertsson totaled five points with two goals and an assist in a 6-2 victory over Wagner, which was the most points by any NEC player over the course of the week. It was also her first multi-goal effort of her career. This is the first Player of the Week honor for the reigning 2017 NEC Rookie of the Year, who won Rookie of the Week honors twice last season.
