For the second time in three weeks, junior goalkeeper Jacob Lissek was named Northeast Conference Player of the Week. He shares the award with Central Connecticut State's Reece Wilson as the two were named co-players of the week.

Lissek kept the Knights in first place in the league standings by allowing zero goals and recording a 1-0-1 record over the weekend against the Western Pennsylvania contingent of the NEC. Earning his second NEC honor of the season, Lissek made a critical save in a 0-0 double-overtime tie against Saint Francis (PA), denying Mitch Kavlick of a sure goal in the 97th minute with a spectacular diving stop. He then made five saves in a 1-0 victory over Robert Morris, extending his streak of shutouts to four games and giving him seven on the season for a new career high.

Lissek and his teammates have not allowed a goal in the last 426 minutes of play.
