Four Knights Pick Up All-NEC Honors

BRIDGEWATER, N.J. – The NEC announced their postseason awards for the 2026 women's lacrosse season on Wednesday afternoon. FDU was represented with four All-NEC selections; Brielle McInaw, Karly Dillabough, Nora Codianni, and Kendall Hippert were all named to the All-NEC First Team.

Brielle McInaw was named to the All-NEC First Team for the second season in a row. McInaw became the first player in FDU history to be named to the All-NEC First Team last season. The Kresgeville, Pa. native was a two-way force for the Knights during the 2026 campaign. McInaw scored 25 goals to help the Knights' offensive attack. On the defensive side of the ball, McInaw caused 28 turnovers, leading the conference in that mark. McInaw also picked up 25 ground balls for the Knights.

Karly Dillabough earned All-NEC First Team honors for the first time in her career following a historic season for the Burgundy and Blue. Dillabough led the scoring attack for the Knights, recording a team-best 35 goals during the 2026 season. Dillabough's 36 goals also set the FDU single-season program record. The junior was a sniper for the Knights, shooting 53.0% on the season to help pace the attack.

Nora Codianni picks up the First Team honor for the first time in her career. Codianni was named to the 2025 All-NEC Second Team last season. Codianni had a terrific season, helping lead a Knights attack that finished as the number-four scoring offense in the NEC. Codianni buried 33 goals in the 2026 season, ranking second among all Knights. The junior also led FDU with 36 ground balls. Codianni picked up an average of 2.12 ground balls per game, ranking fifth in the NEC. Codianni also caused 24 turnovers, ranking second in the conference.

Kendall Hippert earned a spot on the All-NEC First Team following a tremendous season on the Knights' backline. Hippert caused 19 turnovers on the season, ranking eighth amongst all NEC players. Hippert also picked up 19 ground balls on the season for FDU. The Easton, Pa. native was a key cog on the Knights' lights out defense. As a team, FDU caused 159 turnovers, leading the conference. FDU also finished with an even scoring margin, leading all teams in the conference. Hippert's all-conference honor is the first of her career.

The Knights finished the season with a 10-7 record and a 6-3 record in conference, both setting program records. FDU also earned a berth to the NEC tournament for the first time in program history. The Knights will face off against #1 Le Moyne in the NEC semifinals on Thursday, April 30 at noon.
