Sophomore standout DarrelGooding paced the Fairleigh Dickinson men's cross country team at the Metropolitan Champions on Friday, Oct. 11 at Van Cortlandt Park.

Gooding completed against 116 runners and took sixth place, as he completed the course in 26:25, only six seconds slower than his time on the same course (a course personal record) at the Fordham Fiasco/Ed Joyce Memorial in the first meet of the season and 24 seconds behind the winner.
