It was a big week for sophomore Tchamy Dantse Dantse, a defender on the men's soccer team. The first-year player of the Knights was named the Northeast Conference Player and Rookie of the Week and the BigAppleSoccer.com Player of the Week after his performance in FDU's 3-0 victory over Princeton on Friday, Sept. 6.
The Frankfurt, Germany native played a role in two of FDU's three goals. Dantse Dantse racked up three points, all in the first half, by setting up the game-winning goal and stretch the FDU lead to 2-0 with his first collegiate goal with 39:44 showing on the clock. With the three-point outing, he is now tied for the team lead in scoring.
