2015 Cross Country: Paced the Knights at all six events he competed at … Recorded a third place finish at the Metropolitan Championships (10/9) in a time of 26:40.4 … That came one week after he finished fourth (24:55.8) at the Rider Invitational (9/19) … Finished fourth at the Northeast Conference Championships in a time of 25:14 … Was the top finishing Knight at the NCAA Championships with a 53rd place finish in a time of 32:08 on the 10k course at Princeton … 

2015 Outdoor: Competed in the 800, 1500 and 5000-meter, 3000m Steeplechase and the 4x800 relay … Opened the season with a 1:59.98 in the 1500 and a 15:24.50 in the 5000 at Wake Forest (3/21) … Helped the Knight finish 5th in the 4x800 relay at the Ramapo Invitational (4/4) … Also finished 4th in the 1500 at Ramapo in a time of 4:10.17 … Clocked a season-best time of 15:10.79 in the 5000 at the Larry Ellis Invitational (4/18) … Finished 4th in the Steeplechase at the Northeast Conference Championships in a time of 9:46.33—first time running the event in college … Also scored points in the 5000 with a 7th place finish and as a member of the 4x800 with an 8th place finish. 

2014-15 Indoor: Competed in the Mile, 3000 and 5000-meter along with the 4x800 and DMR at seven meets for the Knights … Finished 2nd in 5000 at the Northeast Conference Championships (2/22) in a time of 15:10.28 … Also scored points in the 3000 (finished 4th) and DMR (finished 8th) … Opened the season by helping the Knights win the 4x800 relay at the Knight Indoor Classic (12/7) … Won the 3000 at the Knights Indoor Classic #2 in a time of 9:12.26 …  Finished 2nd at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/16) in the 5000 in a time of 15:30.84 … Clocked a 4:27.37 in the Mile at the Metro Team Challenge (1/23) … Logged a season-best time of 8:43.29 in the 3000 at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Invitational (1/31) and finished 74th … Ran 3rd in the Mile at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Open (2/14) in a season-best time of 4:21.43. 

2014 Cross Country:Ran at six meets for Fairleigh Dickinson ... Finished 21st in the 5-mile at the Fordham Fiasco (9/6) to open the season in a time of 28:02.0 ... Crossed the line in 11th at the CCSU Ted Owen Invitational (9/27) in a time of 27:00.9 ... Was 19th in the 5-mile at the NYC Metro Championships (10/10) in a time of 27:04.8 ... Clocked a season-best time of 25:31.0 in the 8K at the Princeton Invitational (10/18) ... Came home 30th in a time of 15:33.4 in the 5K at the CCSU Mini Meet (10/24) ... Finished 16th at the Northeast Conference Championships (11/1) in a time of 26.50.1. 

2014 Outdoor: Competed in four meets for the Knights … Opened the season at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (3/15/14) with a 12th place finish in the 1500-meter (4:04.63) and 23rd place finish in the 5000-meter (15:34.19) … Ran a season-best time of 4:02.91 in the 1500-meter at the Wake Forest Open (3/22/14) … Member of the 4x800-meter relay team that won (8:12.46) at the TCNJ Invitational (4/12/14) … Scored points in the 5000-meter with a seventh place finish (15:22.60) and in the 1500-meter with a fifth place (4:05.22) at the NEC Championships (5/4/14). 

2013-14 Indoor: Ran in eight meets for the Knights and qualified for the IC4A/ECAC Championships … Opened the season with a win in the mile at the Fordham Season Opener (12/6/13) with a 4:24.10 … Won two days later at the FDU Knight Classic (12/18/13) in the 3000-meter with a 8:47.37 …  Member of the third-place DMR team at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/10/14), running a 10:29.00 … Ran a season-best 14:50.50 in the mile at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier (1/25/14) and finished 15th … Finished second in the mile at the Metropolitan Indoor Championship with a time of 4:20.34, which is personal best … Helped the Knights’ DMR team win the event at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships with a time of 10:12.15 … Scored points for the Knights in the 5000-meter at the NEC Championships (2/9/14) with his 14:55.09 … Recorded fourth win of the year at the Monmouth Moonlight at the MAC (2/26/14) in the mile with a time 4:25.78 … Part of the DMR team that competed at IC4A/ECAC Championships and finished 16th with a time of 10:18.70. 

2013 Cross Country: Earned second consecutive All-NEC honors after another seventh-place finish at the NEC Championships (11/2) with an 8K time of 27:03... Was the only FDU representative at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships, where he placed 26th out of 179 with a career-best 10K time of 30:49... Team MVP for second year in a row... Finished sixth (out of 82) in the season-opening meet at the Fordham Fiasco (9/7) with an 8K time of 26:19... Followed with an eighth-place finish after crossing the finish line in 27:07.56 at the Monmouth Invitational (9/21)... Out of 116 runners, placed sixth at the Metropolitan Championships (10/11) with a time of 26:25... Finished second out of 119 at the CCSU Mini Meet with a 5K time of 15:06...

2012 Cross Country: NEC Rookie of the Year… Named to the All-NEC Team… Team MVP... Finished seventh at the NEC Championships (10/27/12) with a time of 25:23.33, becoming FDU’s first top 10 finisher at the Championships since 2006… FDU’s top finisher in all seven events… Posted five top-five finishes… Opened career with a 25:52.6 in the 8k to capture seventh at the Bryant Invite (9/8)… Placed fifth in 26:02.55 at the Ted Owen Invitational (9/22)… Took home eighth at the Metropolitan Championships, crossing the finish line in 26:37.34 (10/5)… Set a personal record in the 8k at the Highlander Classic with a third-place finish in 25:17.32 (10/7)… In first career 5k, finished 25th at the CCSU Mini Meet with a time of 16:15.30 (10/19)… Turned in a time of 31:50 in the 10k as FDU’s representative at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships to place 55th (11/9)… 

Franklin Township: Participated in track and field team for four years under Head Coach Sean Thomas… Part of the Honor Roll… Participated in the Raritan’s Introduction of Minorities to Engineering program…

Personal: Son of Hilton and Rachel Gooding… Born Jan. 20, 1994… Has a younger brother, Hilton Jr., and a younger sister, Hillary… Brother, Hilton, competes in track and field at NJIT… Mechanical Engineering Technology major.
