HACKENSACK, N.J. - Elia G. Stratis Head Coach of Cross Country and Track and Field
Wesley Stephens has announced the 2026 outdoor schedule for FDU Track and Field.
The Knights will open their outdoor slate with a spring break trip to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to take part in the Alan Connie Shamrock Invite, where some of the best teams in the Northeast will make the trip to compete under the sunny skies of Doug Memorial Stadium, with the meet starting on March 19th at 9 a.m.
FDU will then return to the Garden State for their next two meets, one being a dual with cross town foe Saint Peter's at Lincoln Park, and the other being a six team affair in Lawrenceville, N.J. as the meet is hosted by the Rider Broncs.
The METS Championships will be the next on the docket for FDU on Friday, April 3rd at Ichan Stadium in New York, N.Y. The Knights will stay home in New Jersey to compete in their next two meets, as the squad will head to New Brunswick for the Rutgers Relays, and then head back that direction to the same stadium the following week for the IC4A Championships. Another big meet on the docket is the Penn Relays in Philadelphia, taking place on April 23rd at Franklin Track.
FDU will conclude the outdoor slate by making a trip to NEC Indoor Track and Field Champions home in New Britain, Conn. for the NEC Outdoor Championships. The regular season will conclude at the Ramapo Last Chance Twilight Meet in Mahwah, N.J.
