BRIDGEWATER, N.J. - After winning both games this week, FDU women's lacrosse senior goalie Skylar Goodman was named NEC Defensive Player of the week for the first time in her career.

Goodman totaled 14 saves on the week across both victories. She earned a season high seven saves against New Haven and seven saves at Howard. With a save percentage of over .600 on the week, Goodman's .778 save percentage against Howard marked a season best.

On the season, Goodman has earned three wins with a total of 43 saves in 12 games. Facing 135 shots so far, she possesses the second-best save percentage in the NEC (.457).  

Goodman and the Knights return home to University Stadium Saturday, April 4th at 12pm to face off against the Stonehill Skyhawks.
