PHILADELPHIA, PA – FDU men's and women's track and field participated in the 2025 Penn Relays throughout the past weekend. The Knights' weekend was highlighted by a standout performance from
Ethan Ruffin, who earned himself a bronze medal in the high jump.
Ruffin placed third in the College Men's High Jump event. He leaped a height of 2.10m, tying a personal best he set at the Towson Twilight Meet in early April. Ruffin is currently 31st in the East Region for high jump with his mark of 2.10m.
The Knights had two other competitors at the Penn Relays. The women's 4x100m relay team had a solid weekend, as they participated in the College Women's 4x100m Eastern event. The squad, comprised of
Juline Nwosu,
Saniyah Miles,
Tata Coulibaly, and
Sianna Lloyd, showed out on Friday, winning their heat to earn a spot in the final on Saturday. The relay team finished in seventh in the finals.
FDU also saw their star
Nilaja Wiltshire throw at the meet. Wiltshire participated in the women's shot put, and finished in seventh place with a distance of 15.06m.

The Knights will turn their attention to the Northeast Conference Championships, starting on May 2 in North Easton, MA.
