TEANECK, N.J.- FDU Women's Lacrosse returns for their fourth season starting this February. The Knights' season is healdined by a west coast trip starting Feb. 12, versus San Diego State. Two days later the squad does battle with Oregon.
FDU opens their season at home on February 7 against Rider.

The Knights comes against Iona on February 28. This starts a three game home stint for FDU, when the team will also play Austin Peay State and Presbyterian at University Stadium.

NEC play begins at Central Connecticut on March 14, before the Knights travel to LIU to take on the reigning NEC Champion Sharks.

Rounding out the regular season, the Knights conclude their season on April 25 versus Wagner. FDU enters 2026 seeking their first NEC playoff appearance.

"Heading into this season, we're filled with excitement and a bit of bittersweet emotion. It's our final run with our inaugural class," said head coach
Jessica Pandolf. "We've spent the last three years building toward this moment, and our team is more prepared than ever. Our offensive chemistry is finally coming together, and bringing back our full defensive unit from last season gives us even more confidence."
The Knights return off their best season so far as a program, finishing 5-11 overall and ending 4-5 in NEC action. The team secured their first non-conference win in a 12-11 shootout over LaSalle.

The Knights return senior attacker
Brielle McInaw. Last season, she averaged two goals per game, the seventh best average in the NEC. McInaw led the team in goals (32) and points (39) alongside seven assists.

Offensively, the Knights led the NEC in upgoals, scoring 1.4 upgoals per game, and 23 throughout the season.

In the crease, the Knights return
Skylar Goodman, the fourth-year goalkeeper for the squad. Goodman finished fifth in the NEC in saves per game with 7.8 per outing. She finished the season with a grand total of 117 saves, boasting a .448 save percentage (third best in the NEC).

"This year means a lot to us. Our goal is clear: make it to the playoffs, and we're ready to give it everything we've got," Pandolf said.
