Pandolf Names Morrow Assistant Coach

HACKENSACK, N.J. – Head Women's Lacrosse Coach Jessica Pandolf announced the hiring of Caitlin Morrow as an assistant coach on Monday afternoon. Morrow will join the Knights for the 2025 season, their third in program history.

"I am very excited that Caitlin will be joining our coaching staff," said Pandolf. "Her love for the game and determination to better this program is already evident."

Morrow, the owner of a bachelor's in criminal justice and a master's in sport and exercise psychology, played collegiate lacrosse at Lock Haven from 2017-2022. The New York native scored 132 goals and tallied 51 assists in her career.  She was a first team All-PSAC attacker in two consecutive years, a PSAC Scholar Athlete, and participated in the prestigious IWLCA Senior All-Star Game in 2022.

The lethal attacker began her transition to the sideline in 2021 when she served as the graduate assistant for Lock Haven's women's volleyball program. Morrow assisted the head coach, coordinated travel itineraries, developed workout plans, and broke down film in her one season in this position.

In January of 2023, Morrow remained in the PSAC but made the move from Lock Haven to IUP. Morrow served as the assistant women's lacrosse coach and was elevated to interim head coach for a period of time. In Morrow's first season on the staff, the Crimson Hawks soared to a 10-2 record in conference play and won 12 games overall. In her two seasons at IUP, Morrow aided in the development of 11 All-PSAC honorees and six IWLCA All-Region selections.

Morrow will get her first chance to start working with the team at FDU when the student-athletes return to campus in late August.
