The Fairleigh Dickinson University women's soccer team will finish out the nonconference portion of their season with two games this weekend.  On Friday, Sept. 16, the Knights will host intrastate rival, St. Peter's College at 4:00 pm.  The Knights will then travel to Philadelphia on Sunday, Sept. 18, for a match with St. Joseph's University.  Kickoff at Finnesey Field is slated for 1:00 pm. 
The Knights are currently on a two-game win streak after defeating NJIT and Manhattan last weekend.  The Knights took a 1-0 win over NJIT with a successful penalty kick by senior 
Lisa-Marie Curti (Richmond Hill, Ontario/St. Theresa of Lisieux) and outscored the Jaspers with goals from 
Lindzy Williams (Washington Township, N.J./Westwood) and newcomer 
Kasey Schiavoni (West Chester, Pa./Villa Maria Academy).
The Knights' goal keeper, 
Sage DoVale (Lilburn, Ga./Collins Hill), has held opponents to just three goals in four games.  DoVale is currently ranked 30
th among NCAA Division I goal keepers with a save percentage of .880.  She has made 22 saves and has recorded two shutouts so far this season. 
The Peahens of St. Peter's are 0-5-1 on the season with losses to several Northeast Conference opponents including Wagner, Robert Morris and St. Francis PA.  Most recently, the Peahens fell to Monmouth, 3-1. 
The Peahens have been outshot 33 to 91 by opponents and have scored one goal on 19 shots-on-goal.  Natalia Carvalho leads the Peahen offense with three shots this season, while Caitlin Hoffer controls the defense with a .857 save percentage.
St. Joseph's is 2-3-2 on the year with three overtime games recorded so far.  The Hawks have fallen to Binghamton, 2-0, and defeated NEC opponent Mount St. Mary's.  They have scored six goals, compared to their opponents nine but have outshot their competitors, 108-106.
Jen Pfeiffer, Mo Hawkins and Maggie Lupinksi lead the Hawk attack with two goals apiece.  They have recorded 55 shots on goal between the three players.  In goal, Christine Neal has recorded a .795 save percentage in six games for the Hawks.
 
After this weekend's series, the Knights will begin Northeast Conference play with an away match at Long Island University on Sept. 24.
