FDU Knights Athletics

Manuela Leme won her first two matches over the weekend while playing D flight singes at the Eastern Championships hosted by the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY. After dropping a semifinal match, the Varginha, Brazil native responded in the consolation bracket with wins over UConn’s Marie Gargiulo and Lauren Wilmarth. The sophomore finished with a 4-1 record to win the consolation round.
