BRIDGEWATER, N.J. – The Northeast Conference announced their All-NEC Awards for the 2025 outdoor track and field season on Thursday afternoon. The FDU Knights were represented with two major award winners, and seven All-NEC selections.
The Knights were highlighted by
Nilaja Wiltshire and
Ethan Ruffin, who each took home major awards.. Wiltshire was named the Women's Most Outstanding Field Performer (Throws), following a dominant NEC Championships performance that saw her win the shot put, as well as medal in the discus and hammer throw.
Ruffin was named the Co-Most Outstanding Field Performer (Jumps). Ruffin leaped for a 2.05m mark at the 2025 NEC Outdoor Championships, winning the gold medal.
Wiltshire and Ruffin were also named to the All-NEC First Team. Wiltshire received the seleciton in the shot put, and Ruffin in the high jump. Ruffin was also named to the NEC All-Rookie Team in the high jump.
Several other Knights received All-NEC honors.
Jade Cruz was named to both the All-NEC First Team and the NEC All-Rookie Team in the triple jump. Cruz was named an NEC Champion at the 2025 NEC Outdoor Championships following a 12.40m mark.
Duane Kizer was named to the All-NEC Second Team in the 110mH. Kizer placed second at the 2025 NEC Outdoor Championships with a time of 14.42.
Tata Coulibaly received All-NEC Second Team honors in the women's hammer throw, posting a distance of 48.36m.
Saniyah Miles was named to the NEC All-Rookie team in the 100mH with a time of 14.80.
Chase Lopez was named to the NEC All-Rookie team in the 1500m with a time of 3:54.93.
