FAIRFAX, VA. – FDU men's and women's track and field competed at the 2025 IC4A/ECAC Track and Field Outdoor Championships on Saturday and Sunday. FDU had ten separate All-East honors thanks to some high finishers.

Nilaja Wiltshire led the way for the Knights, winning the women's shot put. The sophomore paced the field with a 15.77m mark to earn the ECAC Championship as well as All-East Honors.

Nine other events saw the Knights receive All-East Honors:

• The women's 4x100m relay team (Juline Nwosu, Tata Coulibaly, Saniyah Miles, Sianna Lloyd) finished third with a season-best time of 47.62
• Tata Coulibaly finished fourth in the 100mH with a time of 14.53. Coulibaly also picked up All-East Honors in the hammer throw, finishing eighth.
• Xavier Hayletts finished fifth in the 100m with a time of 10.84.
• Jade Cruz finished fifth in the triple jump with a distance of 11.87m.
• Nilaja Wiltshire also finished in sixth in the discus, hitting a distance of 41.81m.
• The men's 4x100m relay team (Dean Joseph, Tele Abe, Bikramjit Singh, Xavier Hayletts) finished in sixth with a time of 42.00
• The men's 4x800m relay (Liam Schwabik, Brandon Barreto, Ekuyami Conteh, Chase Lopez) finished in seventh with a time of 7:47.49
• Dean Joseph finished eighth in the 400mH with a time of 55.00.
