LEXINGTON, KY – FDU's Salif Mane competed in his first of two events at the NCAA East Regionals earlier today, participating in the men's long jump. Mane placed 32^nd in the event, with a best mark of 7.18m in his three attempts. Although missing out on a qualifying mark for long jump, Mane will be back in action on Friday (05/24) for the men's triple jump. The Bronx native comes into the event ranked fourth and will look to punch his ticket to the Championships in Eugene, Oregon. Triple jump will kick off at 6:00 pm and can be streamed on ESPN+.
