HACKENSACK, N.J. - Fresh off a win against Saint Francis U, the FDU Knights (4-13, 2-2) continue a three-game homestand on Friday against the Stonehill Skyhawks (2-15, 2-2). Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m.

Lilly Parke, the Knights took down Saint Francis U Red Flash by a score of 64-54. FDU led by just four after one, but the Knights were able to hold the Red Flash to seven points in the second quarter and their halftime lead ended up at 14. The Red Flash cut the lead down in the second half but were not able to overcome the double-digit deficit. The Knights shot 50% from the floor and logged their third straight game with three or more players scoring in double-figures.

NEW KID ON THE BLOCK
Staci Williams was named NEC Rookie of the Week on January 17 following her impressive performances against Stonehill and Saint Francis U. The freshman guard scored 11 points in their matchup against the Skyhawks and a career-high of 15 points against the Red Flash. Williams is the first Knight this season to be named a major weekly award winner.
BEHIND ENEMY LINES
The Skyhawks enter this contest with an overall record of 2-15 and sit 2-2 in conference play. They came away with a 67-44 victory over Wagner in their previous game. In their 17 games this season, the Skyhawks are averaging just under 50 points per contest and just over 33 rebounds.
SCOUT'S CORNER
The Skyhawks have found steady production in senior guard Jada Thornton. Thornton has started all 17 games and averages 9.2 points and 4.5 rebounds per game.
PACING THE SIDELINES
Trisha Brown, now in her 23
rd season as head coach of Stonehill has led the Skyhawks to 13 NCAA Division II Tournament appearances. Brown has seen much success as she sits with a career record of 412-205 (66.8% winning percentage) entering this season.

The Knights hold the all-time series advantage at 2-1. After dropping their first matchup this season, FDU will look to avoid the season sweep at home on Friday night.
