HACKENSACK, N.J. – The Fairleigh Dickinson women's soccer team heads into the final weekend of the regular season with a chance to host the Northeast Conference Tournament for what would be the second time in the last three seasons.
The Knights control their own destiny. If they win both games – Friday at Sacred Heart and Sunday at home versus Mount St. Mary's – they will be the regular season champions.
LAST TIME OUT
Fairleigh Dickinson and Saint Francis U battled to a 1-1 double-overtime draw on Sunday afternoon in Loretto, Pennsylvania.
Sofia Albertsson scored for the Knights and
Amanda Fitzgerald stopped a penalty kick in the first overtime period to preserve the tie.
SENIOR DAY
Sunday against Mount St. Mary's the Knights will honor the seven graduating seniors prior to their final home regular season game at University Stadium.
Dara Battistoni,
Gritt Broening,
Audrey Butcher,
Tara Heatley,

Jessi Reinhardt will all be honored. The group of seniors have won 43 games over the last four years and helped the Knights win the 2015 NEC Tournament Title.
