In their last outing, the Blackbirds of Long Island handed the Knights their 10th loss of the season, 68-49, on Monday, January 31.

The Knights' scoring attempt was paced by junior Jasmyra Saunders (Trenton, NJ/Trenton Catholic) who had 13 points.  Red-shirt freshman Danielle Pankey (Middletown, N.J./Middletown South) added 10 for FDU, while senior Alyssa Mayrose (Freehold, NJ/Freehold) tallied nine points.  Mayrose also had seven rebounds and three assists.

Mount St. Mary's comes into the game with a 4-17 record on the season including one win and nine defeats in the Northeast Conference.

MSM is led by senior forward Mary Dunn.  Dunn is currently averaging 11.9 points per game and 6.4 rebounds per game, leading the team in both categories. Freshman guard, Ashley Christie, is averaging 9.2 points per game and 3.1 rebounds per game.
