FDU Knights Athletics

FDU men's soccer goalkeeper Jahmali Waite was named All-NEC First Team this season.

Waite led the NEC in a number of different major statistical categories for goalkeepers, including goals against average (0.88) as well a a three-way tie for clean sheets with five.  The Philadelphia native also ranks second in save percentage at .791 and fifth in total saves at 53, and provided steady goalkeeping for the Knights all season long.  His back-to-back shutouts against Sacred Heart and LIU Brooklyn were crucial in helping FDU secure a return to the NEC Tournament this season, where he is set to start in a conference semifinal for the second time in his two seasons at FDU.
