BRIDGEWATER, N.J. - FDU multi athlete Tata Coulibaly was named the NEC's Women's Field Athlete of the Week in a release from the conference this afternoon. 

Coulibaly threw a distance of 16.42 meters to take 2nd in the Women's Weight Throw event at the Wagner Seahawk Shootout last Friday. The mark was a new personal record for Coulibaly and the 16.42 meters stands as the best mark in the conference so far this indoor season. 

Along with Coulibaly, five other Knights were tagged with the weekly honor of "NEC Prime Performer", with the list of the Knights below. 

Darien Cade, Throws: Cade threw a new personal record of 15.26 meters in the Men's Weight Throw at the Seahawk Shootout, that mark in now the fifth best in the NEC this season. 

Xavier Hayletts, Sprints: Hayletts clocked a new personal best time in the Men's 60 meter dash, running a time of 6.83 seconds. Hayletts' time is the third best time in the NEC in the 2025-26 indoor season. 

Jashad Kersey, Jumps: Kersey jumped a distance of 14.41 meters in the Men's Triple Jump at the Seahawk Shootout to take 3rd in the event. The mark of 14.41 meters is the second best in the NEC this indoor season. 

Khalia Boyce, Sprints and Jumps: Jumped a personal best distance of 11.46 meters in the Women's Triple Jump event at the Seahawk Shootout. 11.46 meters is the third best mark in the NEC this season. 

Jade Cruz, Jumps: Cruz jumped a distance of 11.66 meters in the Women's Triple Jump to take fifth at the Seahawk Shootout. The mark of 11.66 meters is the second best in all the NEC this season. Cruz also participated in the Long Jump, where she jumped a new personal best distance of 5.32 meters. Cruz ranks fourth in the NEC in that event with her new mark set at the Seahawk Shootout.
