STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – FDU men's and women's track and field headed back to Ocean Breeze for the second day of the NEC Championships earlier today. The Knights saw two first place finishes and a second-place medal in an impressive finish to the regular season. Overall, the men placed seventh with a total of 38 points, and the women placed eighth with 41.

Duane Kizer took home a second-place medal in the men's 60m hurdles with a time of 8.06

Andree Celestin finished fourth in the women's 60m hurdles, with a time of 8.99

Tata Coulibaly also raced in the 60m hurdles, placing sixth with a time of 9.01

Xavier Hayletts placed eighth in the men's 60m dash with a time of 7.11

Anaya Lowder finished sixth in the women's 400m with a personal best of 58.35

Luis Abreu set a personal best in the men's 5000m with a time of 16:02.35

Salif Mane took home first place in the men's triple jump with a season best 16.69m

Marie Etong Ntonga also placed first in the triple jump with a personal best mark of 11.90m

Ahmed Brown placed fifth in the men's shot put with a mark of 14.55m

Nilaja Wiltshire placed fifth in the women's shot put with a distance of 15.09m
