PRINCETON N.J. - The FDU women's golf team took home eighth place at a two-day invitational hosted by Princeton. The Knights were led by freshman Abbey Baker who posted a team-best three-round score of 229. The Burgundy and Blue had three players finish in the top 35.

• Newcomer Abbey Baker shot for eagle on the 12th hole during round two
• Sophomore Kaitlyn You improved six strokes from round one to three
• The Knights recorded 18 birdies over the course of the three rounds
• Yale claimed the team win
• Yanjun Liu of Princeton took home the individual win

The Knights will travel next weekend to Annapolis Md. on Oct. 1 to face off in the Navy Fall Invitational.
