RALEIGH, N.C.- The Knights continued their spring season competing in the City of Oaks Collegiate at Lonnie Poole GCS, finishing 11th of 13 competing teams. FDU finished with a total score of +75 over the 3 rounds.
Freshman Kashika Misra displayed her talent, finishing T-14th in a strong field. After finding herself at +5 through her first 11 holes, she rallied to end the tournament on +12, featuring a level par 2nd round and only allowing 1 double bogey or worse across the 54 holes.
Abbey Baker was the next best performer for the Knights this week. After starting the tournament with back-to-back rounds of 79, Baker finished strong with a final round 76, featuring a consistent 12 pars in her last 13 holes to end the week on +18.
Tanishka Prithvi Domnic followed these two, finishing the week on +23. This was highlighted by an opening round 78, the second-best round of her freshman season to date, which featured a career-high 4 birdies.

The Knights will tee it up next on April 6th at the Golfweek Intercollegiate. This will take place at Caledonia Golf Club in Pawleys Island, S.C.
