Women’s Golf Completes NCAA Louisville Regional

SIMPSONVILLE, Ky. – The Fairleigh Dickinson women's golf team completed the NCAA Louisville Regional on Wednesday afternoon after posting a 317 on the final day of competition. The Knights finished in 18th place with a three-round score of 955 (314-324-317) at the University of Louisville Golf Club (par 72, 6,289 yds.).

INDIVIDUAL Standing out on the Scorecard
  • Senior Nicola Smith registered her best round of the tournament on Wednesday, improving by 11 positions after carding a 74 (+2) on the day.
  • Senior Julia Warke also logged her best round of the tournament on the final day of competition, shooting a 78 (+6) on Wednesday.
  • The Knights improved their team score by eight strokes since their last outing at the NCAA Regionals where they carded a three-round score of 963 in 2019.
  • Florida State maintained their lead, finishing first in team standings with a score of 872.
  • ULCA's Emma Spitz carded a three-round total of 208 to claim the individual crown.
After a successful slate of spring tournaments, the Knights will look to return four golfers in the fall of 2021.
