SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Fairleigh Dickinson volleyball team fell in straight sets at Bryant on Friday night 25-14, 25-7, 25-16 at the Chace Athletic Center.

Magdalena Maksimovic finished with a team-high six kills, while classmate Allison Koster added nine digs and sophomore
Corina Beimers totaled five assists.
For the Bulldogs (13-13, 8-2 NEC), Alysa Wright, Riley James and Jenna Knight each finished with nine kills. In the win, Bryant recorded a team attack percentage of .350, while holding the Knights (2-21, 1-8 NEC) to 13 kills and 15 errors. With the win, Bryant extended its win streak to three matches and maintained its second-place spot in the NEC standings.
The Knights totaled five team blocks compared to the Bulldogs' eight with sophomore
Sophia Spiridonakos leading the way with three for the Burgundy and Blue.
The Knights are back home tomorrow as they welcome Central Connecticut State to the Rothman Center. First serve is set for 7:00 p.m.
