2019: Appeared in all 30 matches as a sophomore as the Knights libero...Led FDU with 303 digs (3.19 d/set) and totaled 52 assists...Recorded a season-high 22 assists against Deleware State...Amassed double-digit assists in 17 matches...Tallied 9 serive aces...Played in 95 total sets...Named to NEC Fall Academic Honor Roll (min 3.20 GPA).

2018: Serving as the team's primary libero, Young led the Knights with 328 digs (3.28 d/set) across her 29 matches...Ranked third on the team with 77 assists and 11 service aces...Amassed a season-high 27 digs against Saint Peter's...2018 NEC Honor Roll.

Central High School: Earned All-Conference honors in 2017 and was named to the JVA Watchlist as a senior. She also was an academic honor roll honoree all four years and played club volleyball for Club 43 in Minnesota.
