About Andy Katz
Andy Katz is a college basketball analyst and broadcaster currently working for the Big Ten Network and NCAA.com. He also makes frequent appearances providing color commentary on Fox Sports and hosts the "March Madness 365" podcast.
 
Katz was a senior college basketball writer for ESPN from 2000-17.  In addition to covering college basketball on television, Katz wrote several popular columns across his time at ESPN.
 
Katz served as the national basketball writer for the Fresno Bee from 1995-99.  He also has had stints at the Albuquerque Journal (1990-1995) and Milwaukee Journal Sentinel (1989-1990) and is a former board member for the United States Basketball Writers Association.
 
The Massachusetts native earned a bachelor of arts degree in history and political science from the University of Wisconsin in 1990.
