HACKENSACK, N.J. – The fourth weekend of Northeast Conference women's soccer features a home match versus Robert Morris and trip up to Central Connecticut for Fairleigh Dickinson.

LAST TIME OUT
The Knights won on the road at Bryant 2-1 on Sunday afternoon on goals from Dara Battistoni (Pleasant Valley, N.Y./Arlington) and Jackson Bennett (Toronto, Ontario/Humberside Collegiate Institute) in the first half. That was the fourth straight win for the Knights over the Bulldogs.

SERIES SCORE
Fairleigh Dickinson and Robert Morris will be meeting for the 17th time on Friday afternoon. The Knights are 10-5-1 in the previous 16 meetings, including a 1-0 win in the NEC Championship game last season. The Knights have had worse success against the Blue Devils as they sit at 4-12 all-time. The win last season by Fairleigh Dickinson was its first since 2013.

SCOUTING THE COLONIALS
Robert Morris sits at 4-11, 2-3 NEC in 2016 and have won two straight since dropping its first three in NEC play. The Colonials other two wins came in non-conference play against Ohio (1-0, OT) and Howard (2-0). Kasia Bak leads the offense for the Colonials with eight points this season (2G, 4A). Jane Schleicher is the leading goal scorer with thee so far in 2016. Makenzie Shearson has played over 1,100 minutes in goal for Robert Morris this season and owns a 3-10 record. Serena Donmoyer started versus Mount St. Mary's—Robert Morris' last game—and got the win.

SCOUTING THE BLUE DEVILS
Central Connecticut sits atop of the Northeast Conference standings with a perfect 5-0 record and had not surrendered a goal so far in NEC play. Overall this season the Blue Devils are 7-8-1. The last team to score against them was Brown back on September 18th. Carla Jackson leads the way for Central Connecticut on offense with nine points (4G, 1A) so far this season. Danielle Pearse has scored three times. Thirteen Blue Devils have recorded at least a point this season. Senior Nicki Turley has started has won back-to-back NEC Defensive Player of the Week awards and has allowed only three goals in her last six starts—all three goals came in one game.

FITZGERALD FOILS SHOTS
Freshman goalkeeper Amanda Fitzgerald (Holbrook, N.Y./Sachem East) shutout Sacred Heart last weekend in a 0-0 draw, her second of the season. Fitzgerald has surrendered one goal in her last three outings.

STILL UNBEATEN
Despite the draw to Sacred Heart last Friday night the Knights are still unbeaten in their last 12 NEC regular season games (11-0-1) and 14 against NEC foes (13-0-1). The last NEC team to be Fairleigh Dickinson was Central Connecticut in the NEC Championship Game back in 2014.

KNIGHTS AMONG NEC LEADERS
As a team, Fairleigh Dickinson leads the NEC in goals (18) and goals per game (1.20). Elma Kolenovic (New York, N.Y./NYC Lab) continues to lead the NEC in goals with six and points at 14. Jessi Reinhardt (Freiburg, Germany/Burggymansium)'s assist against Bryant moves her into a tie for the league lead in that category. Reinhardt is now tied for third in total points with 11. Amanda Fitzgerald (Holbrook, N.Y./Sachem East) leads the league in saves (91) and second in saves per game (6.50).
