Bryant defeated Central Connecticut on Saturday afternoon as the Knights were taking care of business against the Terriers of St. Francis Brooklyn. Bryant enters the game with a 4-10 overall record, while the Knights are sitting at 5-7. Jiggetts Takes Over: Stephan Jiggetts (Forestville, Md./Bishop McNamara) scored 17 second-half points to lead the Knights to an 86-77 victory over St. Francis Brooklyn on Saturday. Jiggetts scored seven points, making a basket on three-straight possessions late in the second half. His first tied the game, his next gave FDU a 76-74 lead and his third – a three-pointer – gave FDU a 79-74 advantage with 2:29 left to play. He finished the game with a career-high 23 points.
Rhoden Comes on Strong: Freshman
Dondre Rhoden (Ridgefield Park, N.J./Ridgefield Park / Putnam Science Academy) came off the bench to provide FDU with stability down low. The New Jersey native scored six points, blocked three shots and grabbed two rebounds. He also took a crucial charge and played physical defense in the post. Rhoden posted a number of career highs, including his 17 minutes of action.

Closing in on 150 Wins: Greg Herenda is in his 10th season as a collegiate head coach and to date he has amassed 148 career victories across all levels from junior college to NCAA Division I. He has 18 wins at the junior college level, 12 at Division III and 95 from his five seasons at UMass Lowell when the school was Division II. He has totaled 23 wins so far in his time as a Division I head coach at Fairleigh Dickinson. His career record is 148-130 (.532 winning percentage).
