The Knights added two infield singles in the fifth inning with Jason Fatzinger (Macungie, Pa./Emmaus) and Shane Siebler (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth Area) each picking up a hit.

Brennan picked up FDU's finally hit of the game with a leadoff single to start the ninth inning.

FDU was limited to just two hits, both singles.  Sophomore Matt McCann (West Windsor, N.J./West Windsor-Plainsboro ) singled to lead off the fourth inning, but was eventually erased from the bases trying to steal second.

The Knights scored their run in the sixth inning following a leadoff single by junior Joel Roman (East Hartford, Conn./East Hartford).  Junior Chris Grupp (The Woodlands, Texas/The Woodlands College Park) followed with a walk and both runners moved up a base on senior Shane Siebler (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth Area)'s sacrifice bunt.  With runners on second and third with one out, McCann drove in the run with an RBI ground out to short stop.
