"I thought the day went very, very well," Head Coach Mike LoPresti said. "We have a lot of youth on our team and a lot of inexperience, so to come out here at the first event of the year and to be first place in our pool is pretty exciting, and it really speaks a lot. But it's only the first day of the tournament, so there is still a lot more to go. Tomorrow is a real long day; it's a marathon day, so we will see how the inexperience holds up."

The Knights return to competition at the New Jersey Jamboree with traditional team games.
