At the Terrapin Invitational on Saturday, Jan. 19, Fairleigh Dickinson track and field freshman Darrel Gooding placed third in the 3,000m and second among college runners with his time of 8:44.76.

Earlier this season at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 11, Gooding’s 5,000m time of 14:51.69 was the best in the Northeast Conference and is currently 41st in the nation among Division I runners.
