2011 (Cross Country): Placed seventh on the team at the Ted Owen CCSU Invitational as the Knights took 10th place overall (9/24)… Posted a season-best time of 32:15 at the Metropolitan Championships (10/7)… 


2010 (Cross Country): Completed the 5k at the Central Connecticut State University Mini Meet in 17:49 (10/22)… Finished in 30:16.2 at the NEC Championships in New Britain, CT in an 8k (10/30)… Finished freshman season with a time of 38:51 at the NCAA Regional competition at Penn State University in a 10k (11/13)...
