Biography

2012 (Cross Country): Competed in the first two 8k’s of the season… Finished second on the team at the Bryant Invite, opening the season with a 28:21.4 finish for 73rd overall (9/8)… Followed up with a 75th place finish at the Ted Owen Invitational in 29:09.11 (9/22)… 

2011 (Cross Country): Finished second on the team in all seven races as a junior… Posted first sub-29 minute 8k of the season at the Metropolitan Championships at Van Cortlandt Park with a time of 28:44 (10/7)… Followed up with a career-best 28:18.1 finish at the UAlbany Invitational (10/15)… Placed 67th at the Northeast Conference Championships with a 29:14.1 (10/29)… The Knights’ second finisher at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships 10k with a time of 35:30.3 (11/12)…


2010 (Cross Country): Finished in the team’s top three in all six of team’s races… Placed 26th overall and first on the team at the Central Connecticut State Ted Owens Invitational in 28:28 (9/28)… First Knight to cross the finish line in the 5k at the Central Connecticut State Mini Meet with a time of 16:12, good for 23rd overall (10/22)…

2009 (Cross Country): Finished first collegiate race in 30:06.67…led Knights at Quinnipiac Invite finishing in 27:20.7…highest finish of season at NJIT Classic finishing 3rd with time of 28:11.2…led Knights in Metropolitan Championships with time of 28:16…finished 8k Princeton Invitational in 28:26.7…led Knights at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional with time of 36:58.1.

At St. Anthony's: Earned four letters in cross country, four during indoor track, and four in outdoor track...Three-time All-League in cross country...Owns personal-best clips of 17:00 in the 5-K; 4:27 in the mile; 9:40 in the 3-K steeplechase; 6:09 in the 2-K steeplechase; and 1:59 in the 800m...Member of National Honor Society...Received the Duns Scozus Award.
