2011-12: Posted FDU’s top Discus, Hammer and Weight throws of the season… Began the year with a season-best weight throw of 15.29m at the FDU Knight Indoor Classic (12/4/11)… Tied a career personal record in the shot put with a distance of 13.21m at the Saturday Night at the Armory Event (1/14/12)… Placed 10th in the weight throw with a 14.95m toss at the NEC Indoor Championships (2/11/12)… During outdoor season, set a personal record in the discus at the Colonial Relays with a toss of 41.88m (4/5/12)… At the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships, took home seventh place in the hammer throw with a throw of 46.40m (4/14/12)… Capped the season with a personal record in the hammer throw of 47.84m to take ninth at the NEC Outdoor Championships (5/5/12)… 

2010-11: Placed sixth at the Northeast Conference Indoor Championships with a career-best weight throw of 15.60m and had a season-best shot put throw of 11.70m (2/12/11)… Had a career day at the Monmouth Season Opener with personal bests in the shot put (13.21m) and hammer throw (43.05m) and a season-best mark of 36.28m in the discus (3/25/11)…

2009-10: Began collegiate career at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/15/10)… Posted an indoor best weight throw of 13.84m at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships (1/29/10)… Had best shot put of the season at the NEC Indoor Championships with a toss of 13.06m (2/20/10)… At the FDU Classic, had season-best throws of 40.07m in the discus and 12.80m in the shot put (4/10/10)… Placed 15th with a distance of 41.76m in the hammer throw (5/1/210)… 

ENY Transit Tech: Four-year track and field letter winner...State qualifier, weight throw high school record holder, City-champion (discus), two time freshman and sophomore champion...
