2015 Outdoor: Ran the 800 and 1500-meter at four meets for Fairleigh Dickinson … Opened the season with a 4:56.89 in the 1500 at the Wake Forest Open (3/20) … Ran a season-best time of 2:20.44 at Towson (3/29) in the 800 and finished 5th … Finished 20th in the prelims of the Northeast Conference Championships (5/2) in a time of 2:22.66

2014-15 Indoor: Appeared at five meets while competing in the 800, 1000,1500-meter, Mile and the 4x800 for the Knights … Started the season with a 5:06.80 (hand-timed) Mile at the Christmas Classic (12/5/14) … Member of the 4x800-relay team that finished 4th at the Knight Indoor Classic (12/7/14) … Finished 12th in the 1000-meter (3:03.63) at the Knight Indoor Classic as well … Ran 7th in the Mile (5:26.59) at the Knights Indoor Classic #2 (1/10/15) … Ran season-best times in the 1000 (3:00.51) and the Mile (5:21.82) at the Metro Team Challenge and NYC Metro Championships respectively. 

2014 Outdoor: Made just two appearances for the Knights; at the FDU Knight Classic and the TCNJ Invitational … Ran the 800-meter at both meets and recorded a season-best 2:08.63 while finishing 44th at TCNJ.

2013-14 Indoor: Competed at four meets for Fairleigh Dickinson while competing in the 600, 800 and 1000-meter … Opened the season with an 11th place finish in the 800 with a time of 2:11.80 at the Fordham Season Opener … Was 27th in the 600 at the Knight Indoor Classic … Ran a season-best, 2:20.58, at the NYC Gotham Cup in the 800 and finished 53rd … Finished 13th in only appearance in the 1000 at the Saturday Night Shootout (1/18/14) and ran a 2:59.00. 

2012-2013: Ran the 800m and 1000m indoors… Ran a season-best time 2:08.83 in the 800m at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships (1/24/13)… Competed at the 800m and 1500m distances outdoors… Ran an outdoor season-best 2:09.22 in the 800m at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (4/12/13).

2012 Cross Country: Ran at six meets for Fairleigh Dickinson ... Started the season with a 31:39.2 in the 8K at the Nassaney Invitational (9/8/12) ... Finished 86th at both the Ted Own Invitational (9/22) and the Metropolitan Championships (10/5) ... Ran a season-best 28:30.9 in the 8K at the Highlander Challenge (10/7) and finished 70th ... Finished 79th in a time of 28.55.5 in the 5K at the Northeast Conference Championships (10/27). 

2011-12: Primarily competed in the 1 mile in first indoor season with the Knights… Began the season at Fordham Season Opener in the 3,000m with a time of 9:34.20 (12/2/11)… Posted personal best indoor 1-mile time of 4:39.67 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships (1/26/12)… During the outdoor season, posted a 2:05.93 in the 800m at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/23/12)… Ran a time of 4:19.39 in the 1,500m at the Colonial Relays (4/5/12)… 

Fonda-Fultonville: Earned 10 varsity letters between indoor and outdoor track and field and cross country... Ran for Coaches Mark Therrien and Mike Benton... Earned First Team All-Conference for cross country as a junior and senior... Team won New York State Class C Championship in 2010... Top time in the 5k was 16:46... Personal best in the 800 was 2:02... Member of the National Honor Society...
