FDU Knights Athletics

2015 Outdoor: Made only appearance of the season at the Larry Ellis Invitational in the 200-meter and finished 38th in a time of 23.65. 

2014-15 Indoor: Ran a five meets for Fairleigh Dickinson while competing in the 200, 500-meter, and the 4x400 relay … Won the 200 at the Christmas Classic in a time of 23.70 … Finished 14th in the 500 at the Knight Indoor Classic (12/7/14) … Ran a season-best 23.58 in the 200 at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/16/15) … Helped the Knights finish 10th in the 4x400 at the Metro Team Challenge (1/23/15). 

2012-2013: Ran the 60m and 200m indoors and the 100m, 200m, and 400m outdoors… Was also a member of the Knights’ top 4x100m, 4x200m, and 4x400m relay teams… Finished 3^rd in the 60m at the Monmouth Moonlight at the MAC with a time of 7.08 seconds (2/20/13)… Set an indoor 200m personal best of 22.25 seconds at the Boston University Terrier Classic (1/25/13)… Set a 100m personal best of 11.23 seconds at the Colonial Relays (4/4/13)… Finished 7^th in the 200m at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships with a time of 22.23 seconds (4/12/13).

Ramapo: Ran three years of track and field for Coach Dan Zotter… Honored as an All-County selection three years in a row… Turned in personal records of 6.5 in the 55m, 10.9 in the 100m, 21.7 in the 200m and 49.3 in the 400m… Also earned varsity letters in football and basketball… Member of the concert band… Served as a Student Ambassador...
