2011-12: Competed in the 200m, 400m and with the 4x400m Relay team during indoor… Posted a 51.40 in the 400m at the Metro Coaches Invitational (1/6/12)… Ran a season-best 200m of 22.77 during the Saturday Night at the Armory event (1/14/12)… Helped the 4x400m relay squad place eighth at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships in 3:27.25 (1/26/12)… During outdoors, proved to be a vital part of the 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams… At the NEC Outdoor Championships, set personal records in the 100m of 11.05 to place ninth, the 200m with a time of 22.22 for 12th place and 49.48 in the 400m for ninth (5/5/12)… Helped FDU finish eighth in the 4x100m relay (43.3) and the 4x400m relay (3:22.76) at the NEC Championships… 

2010-11: Had a 36.80 finish at the FDU Knight Classic (12/5/10)… Posted an indoor career-best time of 51.32 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships (1/28/11)… Finished with a season-best time of 23.01 in the 200m at the Northeast Conference Indoor Championships, missing the finals by 0.1 second (2/12/11)… Made the most of the NEC Outdoor Championships, setting career-bests with a 50.46 finish in the 400m to take 8th and a 22.39 time in the 200m to place 10th in the prelims (5/7-8/11)…

2009-10: Opened career at the Fordham Season Opener with a 400m time of 53.50 and as part of the 4x400m relay team (12/4/09)… Posted a time of 52.49 in the 400m at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/15/10)… Had a season-best indoor time of 22.99 in the 200m at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games (2/12/10)… Competed in 200m, 400m, 4x100m relay and 1,600m sprint medley in outdoor debut at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/26/10)… Set season bests in the 100m (11.40), 200m (22.80) and 400m (51.73) at the NY Metropolitan Championships (4/17/10)… Helped the Knights take fifth place in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:17.19 at the NEC Outdoor Championships (5/2/10)…
