BRIDGEWATER, N.J. - FDU Men's Soccer forward Jeremie Pelade was the recipient of this week's NEC Player of the Week per the conference's release Monday afternoon. 

In the only apperance of the week for Pelade and the Knights, the sophomore striker scored both of FDU's goals in their win over La Salle last Monday. Pelade also registered four shots in the contest, three of those being on goal in FDU's victory. 

This award comes to Pelade after he transferred to FDU after his prolific season at MidAmerica Nazarene where he scored 14 goals which lead the team and was named a Division Two All-American a season ago.  

The Knights are still unbeaten through the first two weeks of the season, despite one match being called off at half due to weather. Pelade and the Knights are set to take on Rider on the final day of August at Macron Stadium in Teaneck, N.J. Kick off is set for 6 p.m. and the match can be streamed on NEC Front Row.
