BRIDGEWATER, N.J.- Laydon Biro has earned his second career NEC Player of the Week award, per an NEC weekly release. This is also Biro's second time earning the award in the last three weeks.
Biro and the Knights played their way to a 3-1 win at Dominican on Feb.13. In the contest, The junior outside hitter recorded his first double-double. His 16 kills in the gae led the squad, which he accompanied with 10 digs and a service ace. With Biro's stellar performance, the Knights move to 4-4 on the season, and picked up their first road win of the campaign.
Joining Biro as Prime Performers this week are Jamal Ellis and Rayjan Suarez Palacios. The Knights return home this weekend, hosting Princeton on Feb. 20, at 2 p.m.
