HACKENSACK, N.J. – FDU women's basketball (22-3, 12-0) continued their outstanding 2024-25 campaign with a home win over Le Moyne (4-21, 3-8) on Thursday. The Knights took down the Dolphins by a score of 65-46.
The win extends FDU's win streak to 15 straight games, and improves their hold atop the Northeast Conference's top spot. The Knights also pulled off the win in front of a national television audience, with the game being broadcasted on ESPNU.
FDU got off to a bit of a slow start, and the game was a slugfest early. The two teams stood tied at 13 after the first quarter. The Knights offense came alive a bit in the second quarter, but the score at halftime was just a 27-20 lead in favor of FDU.
Lilly Parke provided the highlights for the Knights across the first half. Parke led the team in scoring with nine points across the first twenty minutes. She converted three triples to reach her scoring mark.
Out of the halftime break, FDU began to find their groove in the third quarter. Ava Renninger found herself popping on the statsheet in the third stanza, scoring nine points across ten minutes to help the Knights pull further ahead. The Knights would take a ten-point lead into the fourth quarter.
Across the final ten minutes, the Knights thoroughly dominated, easily putting the game away. FDU out-scored Le Moyne 17-8 during the fourth, and cruised their way to a 19-point victory.

- Ava Renninger led the Knights in scoring with a 14 point performance on 6-of-10 shooting.
- 11 of Renninger's 14 points came in the second half.
- Teneisia Brown continued her red-hot stretch for FDU, recording her fifth-straight double-double.
- Brown scored ten points and grabbed 11 boards.
- Brown also recorded a season-high six assists.
- During the last five games, Brown is averaging 15.8 PPG and 12.8 RPG.
- Knights starters played a heavy load in the win.
- FDU dominated the turnover margin 39 to 26.
- The Knights' magic number to clinch the NEC Regular Season Championship is now at two.
