MOUNT JOY, Pa. – FDU women's bowling posted a 5-7 record at the first NEC event of the season this weekend. The Knights sit in fifth place and are right outside the race for the NEC tournament with one conference event of the year remaining.
The Knights began the weekend with a 3-1 record on day one. This included two 1000 pin performances.
The flipped script on FDU on day two as they went 1-4. Two of these matches were traditional, and the other two were baker total pinfall. FDU's lone victory of the day came over Wagner.
The Knights went 0-2 on day three but salvaged a crucial six-pin victory over Duquesne to close out the weekend.
