FDU Basketball Returns to YES for 2025-26 season

The YES Network will air nine FDU basketball games live from Hackensack this season.

HACKENSACK, N.J. – FDU Athletics announced Thursday that FDU basketball will return to the YES Network and The Gotham Sports App for the 2025-26 season under a new nine-game broadcast agreement with the nation's pre-eminent regional sports network.

This season marks the third consecutive year FDU basketball will air on YES and will feature the most extensive broadcast slate to date. Six men's games and three women's contests will hit the airwaves live from the Bogota Savings Bank Center.

"We are thrilled to once again showcase our basketball programs on the YES Network," said FDU Senior Associate Vice President/Director of Athletics Bradford Hurlbut. "YES is one of the premier sports networks in the country, and we're proud to align our athletic programs with them. This partnership continues to elevate the visibility of FDU Athletics and showcases our programs to fans throughout the region."

The women's basketball coverage tips off on November 19 when the Knights host Delaware State. YES and The Gotham Sports App will also carry the reigning NEC Champions' second game in the FDU Christmas Classic on December 30 at 4 p.m. The women's broadcast schedule concludes with a January 22 conference matchup against Central Connecticut.

On the men's side, the YES and The Gotham Sports App's coverage begins during the FDU Basketball Classic over Thanksgiving week, featuring matchups against East Texas A&M and Army (Nov. 24 & Nov. 26) The network will also air four conference games, including a January 8 weekday clash against Chicago State (5 p.m.) and a January 17 Saturday night primetime showdown versus LIU (7:30 p.m.), the preseason conference favorite.

A highlight of this year's agreement includes the Bergen County Jamboree, a premier high school basketball tournament long hosted at FDU. The semifinal round, scheduled for February 15, will air live on YES and The Gotham Sports App, produced by FDU's media relations team. The Jamboree traditionally features several of the region's top-ranked high school programs.
