HACKENSACK, N.J. – The Elia G. Stratis Head Coach of Cross Country and Track and Field Wesley Stephens announced the FDU Men's and Women's Cross Country 2024 schedule on Monday. 

The season gets underway on August 31 at 9:00 AM, when the Knights will run in the UMES Season Opener in Princess Anne, MD. From there, the Knights will come back to New Jersey to face off against Saint Peter's on September 13 in Jersey City. The next week on September 21, the Knights will compete in the Ted Owen Invitiational, hosted by NEC rival Central Connecticut State. 

The season will wrap up with two more meets, with the Paul Short Run in Bethlehem, PA on October 5, and the IC4A Cross Country Championships in the Bronx, NY on October 18. The Knights will end by running in the NEC Championships in New Britain, CT on November 1. 

The Knights' 2024 campaign will be headlined by one of the largest incoming recruiting classes in program history. The newcomers will help to solidify a Knights program that looks to continue building and competing in the NEC.
